How far in advance do I need for placing a pre-order?
We recommend:

• 3 to 5 business days’ notice for most items.
• Specific items with imported supplies required 1 ~ 2 weeks advance notice.However, it never hurts to ask. Contact us for any quick or same day order, we're pleased to squeeze it in if we can!

Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount or quantity for Hand Bouquet. We are pleased to customize order according to you needs. 

What are the conditions for free delivery?
We are offering Free Freight on all orders  amount RM150 & above. For orders below this amount could be topped up with RM20 for a delivery within Johor Bahru.

Can I pick my flowers up in store?
Yes, please advise us if you wish to pick up and we can have your order ready. There are several points available, do contact us to experience our flexibility.

What if I have to cancel an order?
Life happens. Events get canceled; plans change.If you need to cancel an order, don’t be embarrassed, however we do ask that cancellations be made 3 business days in advance.

What methods of payments do you accept?
Cash and GIRO transfer are accepted. 

Do I need to leave a deposit when I place an order, if so, how much do I need to leave?   
Certain orders require a 30% deposit. Orders with delivery require full payment prior to the delivery date. In addition, certain orders have non-refundable fees and deposits.

Are your pre-order delivery dates reliable?
We have a good record for timely deliveries.
There are times that we cannot control exact delivery of imported flowers for a number of reasons.
If our suppliers delivery runs late, we will advise you.

• Styling props featured are not included.
• Actual color tones of flowers may differ slightly from image.
• In the event of product unavailability, we reserve the right to replace any items with another of equivalent or higher value.
• Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, vase, soft toy etc. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
• When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the 'look and feel' of the arrangement will be maintained, with our florists paying special attention to overall shape, size, style and colour combination.
